When you click on this link you will see the form that you have to fill with the validate details as you can see in this picture First link , Second link, Thrid link 

When you do these things just click on submit button at the end you will receive an email from nutracash like this. First email

After providing this information your account must be approved within 24 hours and you received an email like this and also you get a link to create your password Approval email.

When you have created your password and login you will see the Dashboard and you are able to start your work immediately.

Also, you received the W8 and W9 forms to fill so you are able to receive the payments from nutacash. W9 Form(For US Individuals and Companies) and W8-BEN-E Form(For Non-US Companies).
